We are a genuine agritourism farm, not a tourist gimmick. Cascina Cornelli sits on a plateau in Sassello, 45 minutes from the Riviera beaches and the Piedmont wine region. Here I raise dairy cows, rabbits, chickens and bees, and grow lavender and vegetables. Guests can visit the stables, the apiary, the vegetable garden: it's a different way to understand how a real farm actually works. It's not nostalgia for the past, it's agriculture that makes sense today.
In our restaurant we cook with what we produce and the finest ingredients the territory has to offer: we make our bread and pasta in-house. From the terrace you can see an incredible view of the Maritime Alps, especially at sunset. At night the sky is full of stars, undisturbed by lights. The area has walking trails, streams for swimming, mushrooms and chestnuts. If you prefer, you can explore by e-bike or motorcycle. We have rooms to stay in—comfortable ones, I should say.
