An ideal stop during hiking and biking excursions, for art and history, for wellbeing and food and wine tourism, thanks to unforgettable local products. A land of wine and truffles, land of medieval architecture and breathtaking views, the land of Pavese, Fenoglio and Lajolo. In September 2009 accommodation services at “I Tre Poggi” Organic Farm Holidays, a fascinating terrace with a view of Canelli, at the border between the Langhe region and Monferrato, will begin… The Biodynamic Farm was bo in 2006 from the idea of two young entrepreneurs to get away from life in the city. They discovered a spot to reconnect with nature, creating simple and sincere relationships with other people to share these emotions. The elegant farm stretches over 10 hectares of rolling hills, typical of the Langhe region, 4 of which are vineyards, 2 orchards and 2 hazel groves. The rest of the land is forest, from theFarmhouse to the low-laying surrounding buildings: the Reception, the Bar, the Restaurant, the Pool and the Spa. Other than producing Biodynamic Wine following the principals and specifications of the method for the cultivation of natural products, the structure is able to accommodate its guests in its Refined Rooms, offering them typical cuisine at the Restaurant and relaxation in the Wellbeing Centre. The Farm Holiday is composed of different accommodation solutions meeting the needs of everybody: 6 double rooms, 4 Superior rooms and 1 mini apartment with kitchenette… The rooms, built based on principles of ecological design, each with its own colour scheme,natural furnishings and individual details, all offering different panoramic views. Several face the pool, offering a view of the evening relaxation zone, while others have a terrace overlooking the valley and Canelli, an enchanting village between the Langhe and Monferrato. The Restaurant, open to the Farm Holiday’s guests and external clients, has been furnished with natural materials… Linens and colours like hemp, jute, linen, straw. Wood tables and chairs, warm and naturalmaterials. Simple, essential and elegant accessories. All of this to create a soft, tranquiland relaxing atmosphere. You will find two other rooms, one of which, in the summer months, is open with a view of thecourtyard and grottos. Next to the summer room, you will find a wood burning fireplace and thegrill for moon-lit evenings! Dishes are designed with seasonal products in mind, and are cared for down to the last detail with flair and fantasy, including their presentation and table settings. The ingredients are chosen with care and are grown on location , all of the products used within “I Tre Poggi” Farmhouse are grown either at the farm or are from within the local territory. The chef prepares dishes typical to Piedmont and territory, characteristic of the Langhe and Monferrato, served with fantasy and paired with the Biodynamic Wines of the Farm and other excellent wines of Piedmont.

	Io e mio marito ci siamo concessi una domenica di relax nella piscina della struttura. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, il cibo del ristorante squisito e la giornata piacevolissima. Torneremo sicuramente, magari anche con un pernottamento per un week end romantico. (Excellent)
