We are a family-run agritourism in the outskirts of Brescia, on via Capretti. The agricultural estate was founded in 1921 and is still managed today by the grandchildren of Giuseppe Santini, who continue to cultivate it with dedication. We offer 7 well-maintained apartments, each with a kitchenette and all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home, far from the chaos of the city yet without straying from the centre. The rooms are cleaned and refreshed daily with care.

Here you can purchase our farm products directly, from freshly harvested fruit to preserves. The location is perfectly positioned to reach the centre of Brescia and the three Brescia valleys. We are easily accessible by multiple means of transport. What our guests truly appreciate is the atmosphere: a space where the countryside and the city coexist, where kindness and hospitality are not empty words.
