Gigliola manages the Casale together with her husband Roberto and their sons Andrea and Stefano, since September 2011. Four apartments with lake-view balconies, open seasonally only: Camelia, Lavanda, Ortensia, Fiore d'Ulivo. No restaurant on-site. Surrounding the property, 50,000 square meters of terraced olive groves cultivated by the family, which produce the company's extra virgin olive oil.

The casale sits on a hillside, among the olive terraces, within the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, close to the center of Gardone Riviera. There is also Casa Italo: 70 square meters accommodating two to six people, renovated in 2022, but it is not here—it is in the village of Tresnico, two kilometers further along.

Tourist tax €1.50 per person per night, from April 1st to October 31st; children under 14 are exempt.
