Description La Filanda - B&B
Agriturismo La Filanda is located within the Rocca di Manerba Natural Reserve, surrounded by olive groves and woodlands, just minutes from the lake. It is the Cavazza agricultural estate: here children are not merely entertained, they are truly engaged. They care for ponies, donkeys, chickens and rabbits, participate in workshops with natural materials, and venture out with observation tools to explore the grounds around the property.
The rooms blend rural charm with modern comfort. For families traveling together, there are also spacious, independent apartments. Within the estate: swimming pools for adults and children, tennis courts, beach volleyball, five-a-side football, and bicycles available for guests.
From the Rocca, glimpses of the lake unfold before you. Hiking trails depart from here, suitable even for families with small children. Adults, while watching their children discover, find themselves slowing down.
