The farm, surrounded by about 400 hectares mainly cultivated with cereals and about 90 hectares of truffle, boasts of being the largest company in Italian tartuficoltrice. The farm in the municipality of Acqualagna, to the borders of the Montefeltro is situated on a hill with a spectacular view of the countryside of the Marche Apennines and the mountains, away from noise sources you can relax in the spa pool or make activities such as biking, hiking, horseback riding etc. The structure built according to eco-sustainability criteria has still many amenities for a pleasant and active stay: swimming pool, recreation hall, children's playground, BBQ area, nature trails. Structure suitable for hosting groups with the possibility of treatment: self-management, semi-management, B&B, half board, full board.

The hamlet is made up of three bodies. The main building has 5 apartments and a large recreational common room where guests can stay and socialize. The old ba that houses 2 apartments and the typical traditional structure. Finally, the highest body of the group which has an annex, the consecrated chapel, cellar and wood oven. For a total of 8 apartments with 44 minimum and 53 maximum places, 7 camper / caravan pitches and 4 tent pitches. All our accommodations are equipped with television, DVD, free Wi-Fi, full 4-burner kitchen, microwave, fridge-freezer, bathroom, bed and kitchen linens, hairdryer, heating, gazebo or veranda outside and panoramic view. The Monte Nerone and Fienile accommodations have air conditioning included in the price:

Services Farm-house

Following a wooden staircase, perched on the natural slope of the hill you come to the children's playground and heated pool with Jacuzzi, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Guests will have at their disposal the recreation hall, barbecue area equipped, wood stove, laundry room, table football, table tennis, hiking trails, mountain biking and scenic and educational tour in the truffle.
