Our taveis a cosy and friendly place where you will feel like at home and where you will taste traditional dishes and drink the typical wines of this area, such as the famous white wine Verdicchio di Matelica DOC and red wine Marche Rosso. From the morning till the evening you will be pampered with the strong tastes of the local rustic recipes. Let us start with a country-style breakfast, with coffee made with a moka pot, milk, tea, fruit juices, cereals, biscuits, rusks, jam and tasty home-made cakes; we have a fixed menu for lunch and dinner, created day by day by our chef, who decides what to cook according to his daily inspirations and to the seasons; for example we propose home-made pasta with various sauces, such as duck or wild pork ragu, asparagus sauce, vincisgrassi, different kinds of risotto, grilled meat, roasted meat, salmì of wild pork, vegetables au gratin, mixed herbs cooked in the pan and, as a starter, typical cheese and cured meat.

You can visit the villages of San Severino Marche, Pioraco, Sefro, Tolentino, Urbisaglia (with its Natural Reserve of Abbadia di Fiastra), Matelica and Fabriano, with its wonderful Frasassi Caves, the biggest European karst subterraneous system. Camerino, a wonderful renaissance city where one of the oldest Italian universities is located, is only 4 km away. Amongst the most interesting places to visit there are Rocca dei Borgia , Palazzo Comunale, Palazzo Ducale, Palazzo Arcivescovile and their picture galleries. Nature is protagonist as well, with the Sibillini Mountains and the homonymous national park, which offers destinations for hiking, bicycle and mtb riding, rock climbing and skiing. Make sure not to miss a visit to the mountain communities of Sarnano, San Ginesio and Pievebovigliana or to the Lake of Cingoli and Lake of Fiastra.
