The "pink house" is immersed in the soft hills of Macerata and overlooks the Sibillini Mountains, in a panoramic position 400 metres above sea level. It is a typical mid-19th-century farmhouse of the Marche countryside, renovated with complete respect for the environment and for man, using only natural materials, with green building techniques and bio-ecological architecture, for healthy and conscious accommodation. Particular attention was paid to the quality of the installations, the use of renewable sources, energy and resource saving, proper waste management and the use of environmentally friendly products. The intervention has maintained the historical and geographical characteristics of the farmhouse, to enhance the landscape and nature. An ideal place for a natural holiday! All accommodations are very bright, overlooking the surrounding countryside with a view of the Sibillini mountains, the garden and the little church in the hamlet of Regnano; they have been equipped with TV, independent air conditioning, living area and kitchenette. A common room is equipped with a reading corner, internet connection, mini bar and annexed laundry. In-house restaurant and buffet service; there is a food shop nearby. The farmhouse has an area equipped with a swimming pool, bicycles, children's games and a barbecue; it organises recreational and cultural activities, bread-baking courses in the old oven in the house, ceramics crafts and painting, as well as guided excursions to cities of art.

At agriturismo Colle Regnano, it is possible to stay in a healthy and conscious way because it has been renovated with full respect for the environment, using natural materials and biobuilding techniques and bioecological architecture. Particular attention is paid to the use of renewable energy sources, energy saving, and proper waste management. The collection of rainwater and the phytodepuration system allow us to irrigate the vegetable garden and grounds. The Agriturismo has approximately 10 hectares of land dedicated to organic farming: olive groves, vineyards, cereals, and vegetable garden exclusively for the restaurant. Following the 2016 earthquake, the Agriturismo built 4 new residential units near the farmhouse, thus bio-agriturismo Colle Regnano village was born! Following our philosophy, in which we feel 'green inside and out', we built our cottages with natural materials such as wood and wood fiber, achieving excellent external insulation.
