Deep in the heart of the Monti Azzuri district of Le Marche, yet just 1km from the village of Penna San Giovanni and half-way between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Sea, the Tre Querce and its organic farm is surrounded by 20 hectares of land in a green and tranquil valley. Whether you want to go hiking or just soak up the countryside, surrounded by woods and green fields or walk through the vines and organic orchards, there is nowhere better to sample the joys of life in the country. The old Borgo Tre Querce (Three Oaks) and the Tre Querce Villa were totally restored in 2005 and opened as an 'agriturismo ' in order to share our passion for nature and the land, with our guests and to offer them a unique country experience. The Borgo Tre Querce consists of 4, 2-bedroom cottages, dating from the 19th century, a swimming pool, park, woods and barbecue area. The Tre Querce Villa has 5 apartments with a swimming pool, car park, park, woods and barbecue area. The whole consists of four Rural Houses of the year 1800 forming a small village called 'Tre Querce '. Each house, recently and carefully restored with materials of that period, is equipped with fireplace, veranda and all the services and comforts needed to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Each cottage has been given the name of a native plant of the place and has a common outer space equipped with barbecue, wood oven, tables and a swimming pool to complete guests’ disposal. From an Old Manor House restored in full respect of nature and following the principle of eco-compatible home, it was converted into a Villa called 'Tre Querce ' composed of 5 apartments, each with independent entrance and veranda, each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchens are equipped with oven and dishwasher. The apartment 'La Betulla ' is equipped to accomodate disabiled persons. Always in respect for the environment and to well-being of our guests, all the apartments have been isolated acoustically and thermally. Moreover, the energy and hot water consumed is produced from renewable sources inside the farmhouse. Each apartment has been given the name of a native plant of the place and has a common outer space equipped with Barbecue, tables and swimming pool to complete guests disposal.
