Our Philosophy; "At La Girandola you are a guest, anything can, nothing has to." In the year 1999 we, Isabelle and Erik, completely changed our live. We left our respective jobs at Kind & Gezin and the transport company Ewals Cargo Care, and started our adventure in the Umbria region, before finally ending up in Le Marche, also known as little-Italy. Here we realized our Italian dream. In the village of Cupramontana we completely renovated an old farm into an idyllic holiday spot. For many years we have become fully established in local life, Erik is chairman of the association of tourist accommodations that manages the wine label museum and the tourist office. He may also lead the municipal cultural department responsible for numerous events in Cupramontana. Isabelle works as an active member in the local trust association and the municipal herb garden. Description La Girandola
An idyllic place for an unforgettable holiday in the Marche region, where one is still seen as a gast and where all Italian assets are brought together in one region.
Here we converted an old farmhouse into 3 cozy Bed & Breakfast guest rooms and 1 comfortable Holiday apartment. In short, a small accommodation near a medieval village far from all mass tourism.
Sleeping under ancient beams, having breakfast with a breathtaking view of the rolling landscape and the mountain top of the Monte San Vicino, slowly rocking back and forth in the hammocks under scented acacia trees, floating in our swimming pool with a fantastic panorama. Our garden is an oasis for peace seekers and offers plenty of space for privacy between the guests.
The surroundings of our Girandola spoil the active people; you can spot wild orchids during the walks in the untouched nature, or cycle through the vineyards, sniff culture in the unique museums ....

Our restored farmhouse is located within walking distance of the medieval village Poggio Cupro. Here you can enjoy a sandwich, a tasty appetizer or homemade ice cream in the local bar.
Restaurants and shopping can be found in 2 km.
We have 3 Bed&Breakfast rooms, each with a private bathroom, and 1 spacious Apartment for 4 to 5 persons, surrounded by a large garden (0.5 hectare) with swimming pool.
Our domain is so divided, that everyone has enough privacy and tranquility to enjoy.
A common room with fridge offers the guests of the bed and breakfast the opportunity to prepare a light lunch.
In the morning we serve for our guests a rich breakfast buffet with fresh local products, home made jams and on request with gluten-free and/or lactose-free products.
If you want to, you can enjoy your breakfast on our terrace with view on the Monte San Vicino.
