Il Tiglio is a working farm dominated by a characteristic farmhouse, which keeps a traditional, not too distant flavour of rural life in the Marche. It also offers good accommodation, with 4 apartments sleeping 14 people in total. Two of the apartments are also adapted for guests with disabilities, with 4 beds in total.
There is no restaurant or bar, so each apartment has a kitchenette. The gazebo in the middle of the large, attractive courtyard is used for breakfast outdoors, so guests can enjoy the superb landscape to the full. The apartments also have heating and fans, a television and a minibar. Internet access and a telephone are available in the ground-floor hall.
The barbecue equipment is ready for guests to use and is very popular. You can eat in the garden that surrounds the whole building, seated comfortably at the tables in the courtyard, for lunch or dinner.
It is also a good place for animal lovers, as pets are allowed inside the property (by prior arrangement).
From May 2009, guests will have a very convenient swimming pool at their disposal.
