The recently renovated 70 m2 house is located on the ground floor, overlooks a 2,000 m2 fenced garden and is made up of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower. You will find bed, bath and table linen in the house and a fully equipped kitchen. Also at your disposal is the panoramic terrace with a view of Monferrato, not surprisingly a Unesco heritage site, with tables and sofas to enjoy a glass of wine, take a photo or for an event, and a fitness area equipped to keep you fit while enjoying a magnificent view. Obviously always together with your 4-legged friends! For breakfast we will be happy to let you discover, if you wish, a basket of Km 0 products perfect for starting the day, to be enjoyed on the table outside, among the boudlejes and butterflies, so tell us about your dietary habits and needs so as to allow us to offer you the best.
