The most beautiful and evocative view is the panorama: vineyards hills shaped by the farmer's hand, the Langa villages with their castles and bell towers, the Alps from Bisalta to Monte Rosa. And the colors that nature repaints each season. The restaurant is organized with two interconnected indoor rooms that open with large windows onto the panorama, an outdoor seating area with views of the pool, and a spacious garden. Everything adapts and transforms to welcome every special event. Every detail is a symbol of authentic hospitality…. the welcome lounge, the central fireplace, the wrought iron chandeliers, the vaulted ceiling with exposed bricks.

The menu

Raw materials are the basis of every recipe. The work begins with the cultivation of the vegetable garden. We plant all the vegetables that will be used for the preparations: it is nature that commands with its times and its climate. We choose meats, eggs, cheeses, cured meats, flours in the area: Piedmont, a land of great excellence. We work the product at zero kilometer but we like the sharing of national and world tastes and scents often at the base of the more traditional recipes. And from the raw materials we get our specialties: egg pasta, bread, bread sticks, wholemeal focaccia, cakes, desserts...
