The agritourism is located just six kilometres from the centre of Racconigi, a delightful little town halfway between Turin and Cuneo, which was for many years the seat of the Royal Holidays of the Savoy Family. The property is located in a quiet area in the countryside of Racconigi near the Migliabruna Estates, historic farmhouses built to a design by Ernesto Melano starting in 1834 at the behest of King Carlo Alberto of Savoy Carignano with the aim of creating another stronghold, along with the model farmhouse of Pollenzo, for ambitious experimental projects in the agricultural field. The recently restored farmhouse is presented in the typical forms of Piedmontese architecture of the 1940s. A charming residence, surrounded by greenery, with a spacious forecourt and garden, it has two floors: on the ground floor are the reception, kitchen and breakfast room, a comfortable lounge with Art Nouveau furnishings and TV, two elegantly furnished double rooms with private bathrooms. On the second floor are four spacious rooms also equipped with TV, private bathroom and courtesy set. Breakfast is served with a rich buffet that satisfies every need: from sweet to savoury, from the speciality of the day to typical products.
