The cuisine follows the Novarese hills, featuring tagliata, stracotto, fritto misto novarese and bollito misto among the signature dishes. You can choose a set menu or order à la carte. The house tagliolini and antipasti remain the most requested by regular clients. There are three dining areas: the small room with three steps, the indoor dining hall and the outdoor patio. Open Friday through Sunday only: Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch only. Closed Monday and Thursday. On Saturday and Sunday, it is advisable to book a few days in advance, as tables fill up quickly.
