Torrechiara is an ancient farmhouse dating back to the early 1800s, located a few kilometers from Castel del Monte, the Unesco heritage site since 1993. The farm has been renovated through a long and careful restoration process that started in 2012 and ended in 2015, respecting the ancient structure, using organic and local materials such as stone and wood. Today the property is attributable to Dr. Messina Antonio, an entrepreneur very sensitive to environmental protection and the recovery of traditions. For some time it has started a wider project to enhance the Alta Murgia area.
Torrechiara is a Charming Eco Residence in the heart of the Alta Murgia National Park where the slow passing of time leaves room at the right pace to dedicate to yourself. It is far from the noises of everyday life, but close to the sounds and colors of nature. Surrounded by dry stone walls, extensive olive groves, important vineyards, majestic oaks and echoes of time that come from historical places close to the Dimora, such as Castel del Monte, Jazzi and Trulli.
The location has three double bedrooms with balconies from which you can admire vineyards and olive groves and two suites with four beds, kitchenette and panoramic terrace from which you will admire Castel del Monte. Each room has a private bathroom covered with precious cocciopesto. The name of each environment is linked to the flora and fauna of the Alta Murgia National Park.
