The historical Countryhouse Masseria Pilapalucci, in Toritto, Apulia, is in an enchanting landscape, at the crossroad of ancient sheepways, not far from Altamura and midway between Bari and Matera. Famed are the almond cookies, The bedrooms, with terrace over the National Park of Alta Murgia, are finely furnished. The spectacular dining room is located in the ancient horses’ stables, now completely restored. The old stables converted into rustic yet elegant rooms are the ideal place for parties and events, with a revised offering country cooking. Triumphal are almond pastries, including the famous "pink.
