The characteristic and grand farm Il Cardinale has certainly been there since 1197. Along the sheep-track there was La Capoposta (that is the agritourist farm il Cardinale), so called because it was a stage where pilgrims and horses could rest and take meals, a sort of agritourist farm. The farm is in full working, thus it gives you the opportunity of being present at the different phases of the production of cereals, forage and wine. The farm 's cupboards are full of the products of hens ' and chickens ' breeding, of kitchen - garden and of orchards, so that you can taste the typical meals of Puglia. As a consequence of this, the farm offers a fixed menu.
