The structure called Il Ciliegeto, located near the owner's residence, consists of two Trullo accommodations named Trullo Grande and Trullo Piccolo, each with its own outdoor living space, independent entrance and private internal parking. The Trullo Grande, measuring 50 sqm, accommodates 4/5 guests. It comprises an entrance-living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower. The Trullo Piccolo, measuring 35 sqm, accommodates 2/3 guests. It comprises an entrance, kitchen, spacious bedroom with double bed and single bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The structure called Trulli e Cummerse, approximately 100 meters from Il Ciliegeto, consists of 4 Trullo and Cummerse accommodations named: Margherita, Orchidea, Giglio and Ciclamino.

Agriturismo il Ciliegeto is located in Locorotondo, a picturesque town overlooking the Valle d'Itria, on a quiet hill 410 metres above sea level. Immersed in the green Apulian countryside, surrounded by cherry trees and centuries-old olive trees, it is about 1 km from the town centre. The farm consists of 2 characteristic rural stone complexes separated by a short distance from each other over an area of 3 hectares. The two structures, called Il Ciliegeto and Trulli e Cummerse, located in a dominant and suggestive position, date back to the 1800s and are divided into 6 comfortable and functional lodgings, autonomous and independent with their own private space and independent entrance. Renovated with taste and attention to the original architectural features and furnished according to local traditions, they maintain the charm of the structure of times gone by.

Among the services offered are Wi-Fi access and the use of a coin-operated washing machine located in the laundry room. Pets are welcome. During the months of May and June, cherry picking directly from the trees on the farm grounds is available, followed by a tasting. All accommodations include: private outdoor space with table, chairs, and umbrella, independent heating, TV, 4-burner kitchen, wall cabinets, cookware, dishes, cutlery, oven, refrigerator, safe, bed and bath linens, hair dryer, barbecue, and mountain bikes.

Surroundings (Locorotondo)

The property is located in Locorotondo, a town whose very name reveals its defining characteristic: a circular layout perched on a gentle hilltop overlooking the surrounding countryside—a landscape ruled by centuries-old olive groves, grain fields, and above all, vineyards. It is precisely from these grapes that Locorotondo DOC is produced, a highly prized white wine. From an artistic perspective, the town is part of Italy's "Most Beautiful Villages" association, thanks to its distinctive whitewashed houses known as "cummerse," their characteristic pointed roofs, and delicate wrought-iron balconies. Notable landmarks include the "Chiesa Madre," dedicated to San Giorgio, built in neo-Renaissance style and crowned by an impressive dome, as well as the "old town hall," which houses the civic library.
