There are four different types of flats in la baia in the same building. On the ground floor there is a private garage. On the upper floor a staircase (with a flight of 10 steps) leads up to the flats, each with a private, furnished terrace with a breathtaking view over the bay of Peschici, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning admiring the glow of the sky and the splendour of a silent sunrise. And in the evening after a day of hiking and the sea, dine al fresco sipping an excellent local wine while capturing spectacular sunsets. The beach is 150 metres away and can be reached on foot via stairs or a narrow street; down at the small harbour are the ferries for the Tremiti Islands and Grotte Marine. The old village is easy to reach on foot and among the narrow streets and squares there are all the services.
