Il Cuile de Molino offers its guests five double rooms, which can be arranged as triple rooms when needed, one quadruple room, and one ground floor room equipped with an en-suite bathroom, specially designed for elderly guests or those with mobility needs. Each room features an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, television, and a splendid terrace offering a captivating view of the estate.

Sheep and goat milk is used for small-scale cheese production, where the aroma of pastures and the flavour of Sardinian tradition blend together in our cheese and ricotta; from our pigs, in addition to meat, we produce various cured meats such as pancetta, fresh or aged sausage and lard. In our small vegetable garden we grow seasonal vegetables, so you can find a diverse selection of high-quality preserved oils prepared by the owner (aubergines, courgettes, hot chilli peppers, olives, Brussels sprouts, broad beans, etc.) as well as excellent homemade digestifs.
