In the countryside of Nurra, six kilometers from Porto Ferro beach, chef Sebastiano cooks with produce from the family farm and summer garden. Every summer evening, dinner features the complete traditional Sardinian menu, from appetizers to porceddu; guests staying at the property can instead choose half board, which is simpler and varies daily. On August 15th, the property remains open for lunch as well, with a menu at 55 euros per person, all inclusive.
