The agriturismo "La Camelia", an ancient manor residence, is nestled in the greenery and not far from the sea, between the municipalities of Falcone and Furnari. The agriturismo was born from an initiative by the owners of the homonymous farm who, in order to enhance and restore to its former glory an old country farmhouse — which would turn out to be the manor house of one of the most beautiful Sicilian courtyards in the area — decided to invest their efforts and their time to create, from a pile of rubble, a lively business capable of offering high-quality accommodation and catering services, founded on the enhancement of rural traditions and the agricultural culture of Messina. The agriturismo La Camelia has 10 rooms available, comfortable and cozy, each evoking the typical atmosphere of an agriturismo establishment, immersed in greenery and nature. All the rooms, naturally furnished in rustic style yet at the same time elegant, are equipped with private facilities including shower, mini fridge-bar, air conditioning system, colour television with free access to SKY service and pay-per-view for the most demanding guests, and telephone. The accommodations range from single to triple rooms, all with a splendid view of the surrounding area stretching from the hillside to the sea. In what was the outbuilding of the manor house, two apartments have been created on two floors. Each apartment, furnished with appropriate simplicity, consists of a double bedroom, a small room with two single beds, a large kitchen-living room and a comfortable bathroom. Both apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with a free-to-air satellite system, a fully equipped kitchenette and, last but not least, the possibility of a parking space adjacent to the apartments.
