Our farm stands among the hills of the Sicilian hinterland, in the heart of the Madonie, with its traditional dry-farmed crops of cereals and vegetables. With the help of expert agronomists, certain plant varieties were researched and tested on the land, applying ancient cultivation techniques, obtaining biologically healthy fruits with an unmatched flavour, which constitute an essential basis for producing, today as in the past, preserves that bring back in every season the colours and scents of summer. Every product in our line guarantees the use of absolutely fresh fruit and vegetables, and this has made it possible to keep the traditional preparation techniques unchanged, with the aid of ancient culinary equipment, reintroduced with appropriate technological innovations in a hygienically safe environment such as that of a modern industry. SPRING AMONG THE FIELDS SPENDING A DAY IN THE COUNTRYSIDE IS OFTEN A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE FOR THE LITTLE ONES: WE WILL COLLECT THE WARM EGGS FROM THE HENHOUSE AND PLAY WITH FURIA AND STELLINA THE LITTLE PONIES.
