In the heart of Sicily, in an uncontaminated and evocative environment, within a vast plot of about 350 hectares, stands the 'Mappa' agritourism farm in the district of the same name. The main building consists of a baglio built in the second half of the 18th century by the Princes of Spadafora. The architectural complex is closed off from the road with a severe, almost fortified façade; inside, a large, cobbled courtyard divides its functions. Slightly off to one side is a small church dedicated to St Joseph. The building has undergone a radical renovation that now allows various activities related to agritourism to be carried out inside. The Azienda Agrituristica "Mappa" offers the possibility of relaxing stays to rediscover the charm and rhythms of rural culture. In comfortable suites or rooms with bathroom, furnished with taste and refinement, it is possible to receive up to 24 guests who will be warmly welcomed. The catering is designed to satisfy not only guests, but also those who want to taste the authenticity of dishes made with local products and appreciate the flavours of typical rural cuisine, immersed in a comfortable and restful environment. On summer evenings it is possible to dine in the courtyard suggestively lit by torches. Air-conditioned banquet hall, swimming pool and multi-purpose five-a-side football pitch.
