The Dining room is a large room with tiled roof and chestnut wood, perfectly restored, retaining the charm of the "double volume", creates a natural coolness during the hot summer days. Furnished in classic style, it is divided into two areas: the dining area, with the center a large table, which can accommodate up to 24 people, and a living area with comfortable lounges and a big tv. At the center of this area the thermo fireplace creates a nice atmosphere, especially on cold winter evenings. The door of the room opens onto the large covered terrace, furnished with sofas and armchairs for relaxing and wooden tables and chairs offering the opportunity of a dining area outside, where to create the magical atmosphere for lunch or dinner in the company . Returning inside, the Living House opens onto a furnished lounge bar that offers a space where you can stop to enjoy aperitifs, wines, coffee or cocktails with friends. - The Cooking room, with a steel kitchen with large stove and two professional refrigerators, worktops and dishwasher, is designed for preparation of meals that will delight guests' stays, both in autonomy by requiring the service staff. Next door is the laundry room with toilet.

	ci siamo fermati 5 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo!! la titolare Margherita ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, abbiamo anche cenato e apprezzato la sua ottima cucina. Il contesto è molto tranquillo e il relax garantito anche grazie a una bella piscina pulita e spaziosa. L'ubicazione è comoda all'autostrada consente rapidi spostamenti, abbiamo viaggiato molto..lo consigliamo! (Excellent)
