Our farm newly built hotel is located in a quiet and sunny position, in the middle of chestnut trees 'Köstental' to AICA and the orchard of the farm. Johann 'Hansl', Renata and her son Daniel live in the farm with horses Silke, Claudia and Alamir, with two rabbits Lots and Bibi and their hens.
Enjoy the welcoming environment of our new and spacious apartments, perfect for families. Floor heating creates a pleasant atmosphere during the cold months. Bed sheets, towels and hand towels are at your disposal, while for the little guests there are a crib and a children's chair. You can also use our bread delivery service (excluded Sundays and public holidays). If you have to bring any pets it is appreciated to inform the homeowners.

In summer it is a good starting point for hikes and bicycle excursions in the Upper Isarco Valley, in the Isarco Valley or in the Val Pusteria. In winter you can do multiple sports activities: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoe excursions and there is a sledge run in the immediate vicinity. The small village of Aica, with 470 inhabitants, is located at 730 m altitude and belongs to the municipality of Naz-Sciaves on the Isarco Valley plateau, approximately 10 km away from the city of Bressanone.
