Casa Formica is a small and quiet Bed & Breakfast. Located inside a 19th century farmhouse, it is only 7km from the historic centre of Pisa and only 21km from Lucca. The houses are located far from the chaos of the city, in a quiet and quiet place. The perfect destination for those looking for relaxation and at the same time comfort at your fingertips. House 'Mary' is a structure built on two levels, made from an old ba On the ground floor there is kitchen and large loft living room with fireplace. Upstairs a large bedroom of 35sqm. with bathroom, which is accessed through a characteristic wrought iron gate. It can accommodate up to 3 people. House 'Formichino' is a lovely annex of about 40 sqm. Made with beamed ceilings and mezzane as the tradition of the typical Tuscan rustic. A masonry kitchen with large marble floor, dining area and double sofa bed. In the adjacent room we find: double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with window and large shower. Outside equipped garden area and a private parking space. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
House Mary: On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a large mezzanine living room with a fireplace. Upstairs a large 35sqm bedroom. with bathroom. Casa Formichino: annex of about 40 square meters. Masonry kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed. Double bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with window and large shower. The structure is also surrounded by a 2500sqm garden. equipped with tables, chairs and umbrellas. On sunny days you can have breakfast outdoors. You can also rest after a busy day or read a book under a large mulberry tree. A play area with swing and slide is available for our younger guests.
