An exclusive agri-restaurant just for our guests, with typical Tuscan dishes based on organic farm and Tuscan farm produce, cooked by Agrichef Marzia. At the agri-restaurant we serve dishes made with the heart, but above all that meet the love of those who try them. Among the most popular recipes are ribollita (typical Tuscan soup) wild boar stew rabbit with Vernaccia aubergine and pecorino tagliatelle Vaianino pici with tomato and basil sauce cold Vaianino spelt in salad cantuccini tarts panna cotta Vegetarian options with garden herbs are always available. How to use the catering service Dinners are organised on Tuesdays and Fridays, by reservation only and with a minimum number of guests participating in the service. The service can also be booked directly at the agriturismo from April to September.
