The farm was established by Cosimo Gericke and Sveva Rocco di Torrepadula in 1999. The oldest part of the farm dates back to the 11th century, when it was part of the League of the Val di Greve. Today it is still surrounded by 120 hectares of vineyards, woods and olive groves, immersed in the heart of the Chianti, one of the most celebrated landscapes in the world. The location of the Fattoria di Rignana makes it possible to reach the most famous Tuscan tourist destinations, but at the same time to lose yourself in the feeling of peace in an ancient and fascinating, where natural resources and human presence have coexisted for centuries with extraordinary balance.
