Our AGRIRISTORANTE, a family-run establishment, uses only products from our organic vegetable garden and locally sourced ingredients, as well as I. G. P. Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced on our farm, to prepare our dishes. We offer many traditional Maremma dishes, bringing back the flavors of the past with today's healthy ingredients. You will find homemade pasta made with eggs from our "happy hens," all while respecting sustainability and biodiversity. We strive to minimize food waste by encouraging the reuse of raw ingredients, creating new, delicious, and innovative dishes. Thanks to the products from our garden, we can also cater to vegetarian and vegan customers.

The menu

Our menu is entirely zero km and seasonal with products from our vegetable garden and from nearby colleagues who believe in sustainable and environmentally respectful agriculture. Appetizers are our strong point, with many delicious vegetables, as well as traditional Maremma dishes and fresh pasta made in-house with eggs from our "happy hens". Many dishes are invented as needed based on what is available from the vegetable garden, and every time they are a great success.
