Every evening you will find typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine revisited in an original way, using only products from our garden, organic or from short supply chain, in addition to products declared a Slow Food Presidium in the Province of Grosseto, including the Maremma cow, used for multiple preparations and the Bottarga di Muggine di Orbetello, a true delicacy, all accompanied by a selection of the best wines from all over the territory, both white and red.
