The old horse stable has been transformed into a warm and welcoming dining room, entirely hand-painted and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. Guests can enjoy our traditional dishes in a convivial atmosphere. All our preparations are handmade using products from our farm or sourced locally. Some of our specialties include: pappardelle with hare, acqua cotta, pappa al pomodoro, Maremma-style tortelli with walnut cream, stuffed chicken, and wild boar cacciatore, as well as jams and preserved delicacies in oil. Everything is accompanied by excellent local wines, such as Morellino di Scansano.
