The wine farm has been producing and selling directly chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil since 1980; the old farmhouse, dated 1500, has been recently restored, with care and attention to details, creating comfortable flats and an outdoor swimming-pool, the ideal accommodation for a pleasant holiday. The farm holiday consists of 5 independent flats,3 three-room and 2 two-room flats, for 16 people in total. Each one with a large kitchen,1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom, tv-sat and heating. The care of every detail (arched ceilings, wooden rafters) and the choice of furnishing make the flats warm and pleasant. Spending time in the farm holiday the guests can appreciate the contact with nature and have the opportunity to reach easily and visit the most important and celebrated cities of tuscany, such as vinci, florence, pistoia, pisa, lucca, siena, etc. Nearby the farm holiday there is the house where the fadanelli family lives and where is possible to find, in every moment of the day (24h/24) a person of the family at disposal to meet any kind of need. The town of lamporecchio, offering shops and restaurants, is situated 1,5 km far from the farm holiday (3 minutes by car).
The Farmhouse is divided in the five independent apartments. Three are Three-room flat and one of these it is also for carriers of handicap and two are two-room flat. The farmhouse respect the tipical and ancient Tuscany architecture and the apartments looked warm and pleasant All the apartment have ample kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, heating. All the guest received a welcome present at the arrival at the farmhouse: a taste of our products, typical of the Montalbano's hills To disposition of the guests there is a swimming pool of m.4 for 10 and deep m.1,40 with shower bath and locker room. Close to the swimming pool there is a roofing worked in wood, where the guests can refresh. The change of the laundry, sheets and towels, are weekly effected and it are inclusive in the price. Animals of small dimensions are admitted.
