The house is divided into four apartments: La Nonna with two double bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second, each with its own private bathroom. In the living room there is a kitchen with dining room and a sofa bed that allows the addition of two guests. The large entrance with double-height living area allows natural lighting that envelops the entire apartment, making it welcoming and comfortable. Le Volte with two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The entrance features a large living area with kitchenette and dining area. The brick vaulted ceiling is what characterizes the apartment. La Tinaia, ideal for 2 people, features a double bedroom with bathroom, then a large living room with kitchenette and dining area. The San Gimignano apartment, ideal for a romantic holiday, internally features a double bedroom and a private bathroom on the first level, a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom on the upper floor.

Surroundings (Gambassi Terme)

The first of the Tuscan villages not to be missed is located 10 km from the holiday home Villa le Ripe. Certaldo is one of the most suggestive historic villages in Tuscany and has always been famous for being the preferred place of Giovanni Boccaccio and for his descriptions reported in the Decameron: "Certaldo, as you may perhaps have heard, is a castle of Val d'Elsa placed in our territory, which, although small it is, has already been inhabited by noble men and wealthy people". Not to be missed is San Gimignano, also known as "the city of towers". It is an enchanting medieval village and UNESCO heritage site, which is less than 20 km from the holiday home Villa le Ripe. Its characteristic profile is dominated by its thirteen medieval tower houses dating back to the XII-XIII century, the period of maximum splendor of the city. Among the Tuscan villages not to be missed is Monteriggioni, distant about 38 kilometers from the holiday home Villa Le Ripe. It is one of the oldest medieval villages in Italy, also mentioned by the Supreme Poet Dante within the Divine Comedy. Another Tuscan village not to be missed is Volterra, which is located less than 30 km from the holiday home Villa le Ripe and which constitutes an excellent destination for a trip that combines nature, culture, art and good food. Volterra is situated in a hilly landscape of great natural and geological interest, famous indeed are its hills of evaporites.
