The Locanda is a gem waiting to be discovered, privacy and charm are guaranteed by the owners. Dedicated to those who are looking for a quiet place to spend a weekend, to those who would not want to give up an evening in front of the fireplace, is the Locanda Pantanello, an old tufa farmhouse dating back to the 19th century, later enlarged and then completely renovated in 1995. Immersed in the green rolling hills of the Tuscan Maremma, it is surrounded by a large garden with typical Mediterranean plants, flowers and many beautiful roses. The large swimming pool, the SPA (heated whirlpool bath) the gazebo, the table tennis, the mountain bikes, the swings for the children, will make your holiday pleasant and relaxing. The rooms and all the rooms are very cosy, furnished with late 19th-century Tuscan art furniture. Cookery enthusiasts will appreciate the typically Maremma and genuine recipes prepared largely with products from the farm. In the morning you will be awoken by the smell of the cake in the oven, which you will enjoy together with the jams on the large porch overlooking the garden, where the birds will keep you company with their chirping. In the evenings in winter we all gather in the lounge where the fire in the fireplace is always lit creating an atmosphere of times gone by and, around the large table, curious guests ask us lots of questions and often envy us for the beauty of the natural and historical places we are surrounded by. The Locanda Pantanello is a new and alternative way of taking a holiday; a refuge in the rolling hills of the Maremma open to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a few days' holiday different from the usual. Pietro, Morena the owners of the farm and their two daughters Flaminia and Francesca are waiting for you at the Locanda where Morena will make you taste her exquisite Tuscan dishes. A completely renovated Tuscan farmhouse, made of tufa as the area requires, five rooms furnished with refined taste and particularly quiet, are the wish of anyone who wants to treat themselves to a different kind of holiday. All the rooms are very cosy, furnished in late 19th-century Tuscan art. Each room has a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and small fridge. Hot water for the showers is provided by solar panels. Room cleaning is daily, as is the change of bathroom linen, and bed linen is changed twice a week.
