Nestled in the beautiful countryside of Montemerano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, our agriturismo is an oasis of relaxation and authenticity, located just a few minutes from the famous Terme di Saturnia. Within a 40-hectare agricultural estate, we cultivate vineyards, olive groves, and barley with passion, carrying on the traditions of the Maremma with love and dedication. One of our pride and joys is Birrificio La Grada, a brewery founded to enhance our barley, transforming it into a zero-kilometer craft beer. We carefully follow every phase of production, from field to tap or bottle, ensuring a genuine, high-quality product. Here, you can rediscover the pleasure of great beer and conviviality, enjoying the unique tranquility of the Maremma countryside, where nature, tradition, and taste come together in perfect harmony.

Our 5 apartments – from 45 to 60 sqm – all have independent entrance and a small private garden and portico. They naturally include a well-equipped kitchen, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, television and bathrooms. Thanks to the panoramic position, you will enjoy the view over the Maremma countryside and the wonderful landscapes of southern Tuscany.

Services Farm-house

A large swimming pool with a hydromassage corner: the perfect idea for spending time at the agritourism without necessarily having to move around for a refreshing dip. Served by a solarium and umbrellas, it is the great attraction for those traveling with children or for couples who want to enjoy the sun, a good book or an aperitif. A tasting room inside the company brewery.

Surroundings (Manciano)

The Etruscan towns of Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano are just 25 minutes away by car. The beaches of Argentario are all within about 40 minutes' drive.
