The Olivetino Agriturismo is just 15 minutes from the sea, nestled in the greenery of Maremma, between woods and vineyards. Located in the municipality of Magliano in Toscana (GR), it is 2 km from the village of Montiano (261 m above sea level). The agriturismo is easily accessible, with direct access from Provincial Road No. 9. The spacious and comfortable accommodations are distributed over two floors of the farmhouse, featuring a large living area. Recently renovated, they are furnished with family heirlooms and rustic Tuscan-style décor whenever possible. Outside, guests can enjoy green spaces, large pergolas with tables and chairs, a fully equipped garden, a barbecue for outdoor cooking, hammocks and deckchairs under tall pine trees, play areas for children, and a swimming pool (available only during summer). The solarium, with umbrellas, sunbeds, and deckchairs, offers a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, the vineyard rows, the olive groves, and in the distance, the medieval village of Montiano. Its strategic location allows easy access to all the beauties of Maremma, including: The sea and beaches Natural parks such as the Maremma Natural Park, Monte Argentario, and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri Etruscan and Roman ruins, including Roselle and the ancient city of Cosa Thermal baths, such as Saturnia and Sorano Historical monuments and charming medieval villages, where guests can discover traditions and local specialties Alternatively, guests can relax by the pool in the summer or enjoy the tranquility of the garden on cooler spring or autumn days. On-site, guests can purchase extra virgin olive oil, made from our Frantoio and Leccino olives.

The spacious and comfortable accommodations are located in the company house, now considered a historic building and representative of the post-war Land Reform, accessible via private entrance from S. P. n°9. The rooms are furnished in Tuscan rustic style and, where possible, feature antique family furnishings.

Outside you can find the swimming pool with a sun terrace, a playground, a hammock, tables and a barbecue where you can relax in the shade of the tall pines.

You can explore fine sandy beaches, hidden coves, and rocky cliffs lapped by crystal-clear waters, and discover nature still beautifully wild and unspoilt. Immerse yourself in the landscape with excursions to the Maremma Nature Park, the thermal springs of Saturnia, the ruins of Etruscan civilisation, and the sea around Monte Argentario with its dramatic cliffs and the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. Or venture into the many medieval villages, each with their own distinctive character, explore museums and Etruscan-Roman archaeological sites, and wander through protected natural areas.
