Six independent apartments within a Tuscan farmhouse that already appears in the 1795 Estimo of Castelnuovo della Misericordia, restored while preserving beams, windows and doors in Monte Amiata chestnut. The area once belonged to the Park of San Quirico, a forest of the Pisan archbishopric since the fifteenth century. Reached after a kilometer and a half of unpaved road, on a ridge 4 km from Castiglioncello and 1500 meters from the sea, with views over the coast and the Tuscan Archipelago.
The apartments range from 36 to 52 square meters, accommodating 2 to 6 people: independent entrance, private kitchen, veranda. The furniture consists of restored antique pieces or handmade items, the lighting comes from a local artisan, the floors are made from reclaimed materials. Hot water comes from solar panels, electricity from a photovoltaic system.
The swimming pool is 70 meters from the farmhouse, with sea views. The owner's house is at a discreet distance: assistance whenever needed, but no one in your way for the rest of the day. In the evening, for those who wish, the barbecue is lit at 6 pm.
