We are here in San Quirico with six independent apartments carved out of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse, completely restored while maintaining its original architecture. What people appreciate most is the location: 4 km from Castiglioncello, 1,500 meters from the sea, on a hilltop with views over the coast and the Tuscan Archipelago. Each apartment has its own private entrance, equipped kitchen and verandas. There is a chlorine-free pool 70 meters from the farmhouse, always clean, with sea views. In the evening we light the barbecue at 6 pm, if you'd like. Everything runs on solar panels and photovoltaic systems, the floors are made from reclaimed materials, and the furniture consists of antique pieces or handcrafted items.
What you will find here is silence and space to breathe, children play freely, adults relax. There are gazebos if you need shade. I or whoever works here are always available for whatever you need, but we stay discretely in the background: it's your vacation, not ours. It's a place where you come to unwind and perhaps explore Tuscany without rushing, or simply choose not to move at all.
