The restaurant at Farm-house Podere L'aione

At the Restaurant inside the Farmhouse guests can taste the dishes of the typical cuisine of Maremma, as well as some variations to Italian classic dishes. The menu changes according to the season and to the ingredients available throughout the year. Dishes are made using products made directly at the Farmhouse or bought locally from selected farmers and breeders. All is accompanied by the wine produced at the Farmhouse, Morellino di Scansano and Vermentino, which can be enjoyed also in the Famrhouse tasting room. Breakfast is based on simple and carefully selected products, ranging from typical homemade desserts to fruit jam to honey produced at the Farmhouse. In summer guests can eat in the open air, in the garden of the restaurant.
