History "La Casetta" was founded in 1975 from Grandfather Artemio's hard work. He dug a big hole with his strong arms and his spade and threw in it three one hundred lire coins with the hope of transforming into riches and prosperity for his granddauther Orietta. After around thirty years, Orietta decides to transform "la Casetta" into a Cottages-Vacation Rentals Building structure The Cottages are situated between the rolling hills of Bevagna and Collemancio and enjoy a splendid, panoramic view of Assisi, Spello and Trevi. They are surrounded by a beautiful park of forest and olive groves covering an area of about 10 acres.
