Villa Exotic Paradise, a totally renovated villa dating back to the '70s. Our farm is situated amongst the green Umbrian hills, surrounded by countless external and internal spaces. Its square surface is over 600 meters, rooms with bathrooms, kitchen, lounges with fireplaces, a billiards room and video games, also equipped with a mini gym with sauna and on request the possibility' of cosmetic services. Agriturismo also has a space used as a laundry, cleaning service on request and on reservation breakfast, lunch and dinner. Surrounded by multiple outdoor spaces with swimming pool and tennis court, strictly reserved for our customers only. The most important thing that makes the difference in this location, and, that, for us, is also our strong point is to show our clients a exotic animal park and not only that; more than 350 animals of 40 different species with a natural habitat to discover. In short, a real paradise!!!!!
