The building rises in the cellar of a XVI century farmhouse and it offers an atmosphere which is at the same time rural and refined.

Poggiomanente Restaurant offers a wide menu of typical traditional Umbrian cuisine slightly revisited.
The dishes change based on the seasons and with them the menu which is continuously updated.
Specialties based on truffle, porcini mushrooms, game, high quality meats combined with our own produced oil and a rich list of regional and non-regional wines.
The Restaurant always remains open also to external clientele.
