The old farm house has been recently restored, in order to offer our clients maximum comfort and warmth, typical of an Umbrian country house upon the hillsOutside there is a large garden with pool, 20 hectares of woodland with olive-trees over 400 mt usl and wonderful hills all around. Agriturismo Collina dei Fagiani is the ideal place to spend your holidays together with your family, or warm cozy romantic weekends: in springtime and summer after visiting artistic sites you can take a refreshing bathe in the pool. In autumn, when nature changes its colours, the new wine arrives and the olive-harvesting begins. Or in winter, when outside is cold you can smell the wood burning in the fireplaces.

All Rooms/Apartments feature independent access from the garden, a spacious double bedroom and living area with equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, private bathroom with shower box, hairdryer, safe, and color TV. Some accommodations have a comfortable sofa bed to host families with children. The 'Loggia' apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, wood-burning fireplace and sofas, four double bedrooms (two of which feature furnished mezzanines) each with its own private bathroom with shower box and color TV. The agriturismo has a large garden with fruit orchard completely fenced. WiFi is available in the common areas for all guests.

Surroundings (Umbertide)

Our ancient farmhouse sits nestled in the hills of Umbertide, right next to the wildlife breeding and restocking centre run by the Province of Perugia. You'll find yourself enjoying lovely walks among oak and broom trees, walnuts and the company of countless bird species—and spotting squirrels, hares, pheasants, wild boar and roe deer is quite common here. You can reach on foot the fascinating archaeological site of "Castrum Certalti", an ancient settlement from the Byzantine and Lombard period that once stood at the border between the territories of Città di Castello and Gubbio. The town of Umbertide is just 2 km away, and a short drive will take you to the beautiful towns of Cortona, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi, as well as the charming village of Montone.
