Baita Fraina is situated at the foot of Mount Faloria in an idyllic location at the edge of a forest, only two kilometres from the centre of Cortina, with breathtaking views of the Dolomite mountains. It is a starting point for several hiking trails and a popular area for relaxing walks in the forest. The building was restructured in 1965 and features four well appointed and comfortable dining rooms furnished in traditional style, featuring beautiful woodwork and artefacts from the past. The wood-lined walls and the warmth from the classic tiled stoves, typical for the region, create a truly unique and welcoming atmosphere.
