Ancient country court dated back to 1733, built round a mill for rice. Farm of 44 hectares, cultivated according to natural methods as orchard (apples, pears, peaches, plums, apricots and kiwis) and sowed (wheat, mais, soya, potatoes, cabbages, beans and more). In the old bas we have derived 5 large rooms, of which two for disabled people, all with two beds (plus sofa bed) with private bathroom, two standard mini-apartments and two deluxe apartments, from 2 to 5 people, with one or two bedrooms each, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen corner. The deluxe apartments are air-conditioned. Large living room with satellite-TV and Wi-Fi corner, covered arcade, pergola, garden, temperate swimming-pool with a whirlpool corner, garden of aromatic herbs, bowls ground, barbecue. Tennis ground free of charge 1 km far away from the Farmhouse. Bike rides. Riding school "La briciola" with ponies and horses. The Farm House La Pila Estate has got three different types of accommodations: five rooms for 2/3 people people, two standard mini-apartments for 4/5 people and two deluxe apartments for 2/4 people. For the rooms we normally provide the bed and breakfast service, whereas for the miniapartments we provide the overnight service only, all having the kitchen corner. Obviously the guests of the apartments can request, as optional, the morning breakfast whereas, if a group of guests is renting a mini-apartment joined with a room (Mela + Nespola or Pera + Pesca), they may request for the room's guests only the overnight service. We inform you that, whilst all apartments are Self-Catering, none room has the kitchen corner. However there is a common Self-Service Room with refrigerator, freezer, ice cubes-machine, water kettle, microwave oven and other little endowments that all guests can use. You can use it when you want.

Surroundings (Villa Bartolomea)

Art cities of Veneto, Jewels of Italy that not everyone knows. Some are famous all over the world, but other jewels are almost unknown even to Italians! Within a radius of 50 km, the main art cities of Northern Italy (Verona, Vicenza, Padova, Rovigo, Ferrara, Mantua) and numerous other centres of interest such as Este, Montagnana, Monselice, Badia Polesine, Fratta Polesine, Ostiglia, Mirandola, Valeggio sul Mincio, Lonigo, Soave and many others. Lyric operas at the Arena of Verona in July and August. Numerous other festivals, feasts, markets, events, celebrations. In particular from 12 to 17 August Sagra di Spinimbecco, the 2nd Saturday of September Festa della Via Pila in the courtyard of the Farm and at the end of August and in early October Sagre in Villa Bartolomea.
