"Agriturismo La Borina" was founded in 1992 out of a desire to make people savour again ancient dishes of the Veneto tradition. Original, likeable, intelligent, charismatic and a draughtsman, Ezio Bolla, was the creator, the founder of the 'La Borina' agriturismo. An idea born out of a veneration for tradition, for ancient flavours, for simple dishes: the ones that remind you of when you were a child... when the kitchen was the hearth, when there was the wood-burning oven, the stove for roasts, the rotisserie for the spit... Ezio with his wife Bruna and daughters Sabrina, Mariangela, Alessia and Valentina, have been able, with their creativity and their work, to bring back to the traveller ancient flavours otherwise forgotten. The La Borina farmhouse has been renowned for many years for its genuine cuisine and for its house speciality: GERMANO REALE cooked on a spit over a wood fire, which attracts customers from all the main cities in the north, especially Venice, Bologna, Milan and Turin. The ambience is refined, rustic and cosy, and the playground and indoor children's play area allow parents to eat in complete relaxation both in summer and winter. The beautiful garden with its rose bushes becomes the protagonist at wedding banquets, and the large car park allows you to park your car in the shade of beautiful cherry trees'.
