Corte Cavolo is a 5-hectare farm, with around 3 hectares dedicated to vineyards, along with olive groves and woodlands, creating a varied and picturesque landscape. The historic vineyards, certified organic, are situated at an average altitude of 300 meters above sea level and face southeast, a renowned location for the excellence of the grapes and wines produced. In 2021, a small winery was established within the historic villa, serving as a workshop where the estate's grapes are vinified using artisanal methods. Here, we produce high-quality local wines such as Valpolicella and Amarone, along with lesser-known varieties that showcase the true potential of our grapes. Corte Cavolo is a Venetian villa located just a short distance from the center of Grezzana. Built in the 18th century and expanded in the 19th century with the addition of a distinctive tower, the villa is an architectural gem that beautifully blends history and charm.
