The agricultural and agritourism company 'Fonte del Ceppo' is based in Abruzzo, more precisely in the province of Teramo. It is divided into two farms: one in the countryside of Tortoreto, the other in the countryside of Montone di Mosciano Sant'Angelo, two pleasant hillside locations on the Adriatic Riviera. The company operates on a total area of 14 hectares cultivated with olive groves, vineyards, orchards and cereals. The idea of naming the farm FONTE DEL CEPPO stems from the fact that on the land of the oldest of the family's estates there was a spring bearing this name that, in ancient times, offered the only drinkable water in the district, and also because the spring evokes an image of freshness, wellbeing, nature and life; to put it better: it is normal to associate with a prosperous spring the idea of a perfect balance between nature and man. The villa is surrounded by a garden of about 5000 square metres, entirely fenced in and equipped with an automated gate. The warm colour of the handmade terracotta tiles, the carpets that blend in well with the environment, the antique furniture that speaks of the history of Abruzzo, and the light-coloured curtains give the farmhouse that charm and serenity that are well suited to those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. Large areas of furnished greenery make it possible to dine in the open air, park comfortably and leave children free to play safely in nature, as well as small pets. The farmhouse is structured on two floors: on the first floor there are three really cosy double bedrooms (very spacious, about 20/25 sq m) which can become triple or quadruple if necessary, a twin bedroom (with bunk beds) and a bathroom with tub. On the ground floor there is the living area with a large living room (about 130 sq m) divided into an entrance hall, lounge area with fireplace, colour TV and stereo, dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, which also has a fireplace and is fully equipped; a double bedroom; bathroom with shower. Given the large indoor and outdoor spaces, it is natural to think that guests (6/12 people if whole and 4/5 people if divided) can live together in total serenity and complete ease.
