Masseria Pagliarone, on the remains of an ancient estate, is an elegant complex dating back to the late eighteenth century. All the areas of the structure: the owner's and employees' residence, the warehouses, the stables, the tower with arrow slits for defense, have been meticulously restored and finely furnished. Today the farm, which extends over 100 hectares, mainly produces wheat, oil and wine. The rooms are furnished with refined finishes and characterized by a different color.
